Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors such as the weather or carrier delays, which are outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Tracking

If your order is shipped with a tracked service, you will receive tracking information after dispatch.

Returned and Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or being unclaimed, a reshipment fee will apply to cover the cost of sending it again.
