Terms Of Business

1. Our Contract

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods and services by ReglazeMyGlasses Ltd, trading as Lensology (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

This is our registered business address only — please do not send glasses or returns to this location.

By placing an order through Lensology.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Together with your order confirmation, they form the entire agreement between you and Lensology.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United Kingdom. This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be handled within that jurisdiction.

2. Conditions of Sale

By placing an order with Lensology, you confirm that:

2.1 You are 16 years of age or older.

2.2 You have a valid prescription issued by a qualified optometrist within the past two years, and will provide a copy if requested.

2.3 You will supply accurate prescription details (including any notes) when submitting your order.

3. Price & Payment

3.1 Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

3.2 Full payment must be received before processing your order.

3.3 Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

3.4 Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method. Currency exchange rates and fees for international transactions are outside our control and may affect the final amount received.

4. Delivery & Title

4.1 Goods are supplied according to your order, and ownership transfers to you upon receipt of full payment.

4.2 We provide tracked and fully insured DHL shipping from the United Kingdom to the United States. You’ll receive an email when your order ships, including tracking details.

4.3 In the unlikely event that your completed order is lost or damaged in transit from Lensology to you, we will replace the item at our cost. This replacement represents our full liability in such circumstances.

4.4 If you need to send us any item that was not sold to you by Lensology—for example, your Meta frame or any other personal eyewear—contact us first at USA@lensology.com to arrange it. If you choose to send an item without contacting us in advance, Lensology cannot accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit and will charge you for any associated fees, customs duties, or taxes that we incur as a result.

5. Liability

5.1 Once delivered, the goods become your responsibility.

5.2 Lensology’s U.S. service provides custom-made prescription lenses for customers to fit into their own frames. We do not handle or reglaze customer frames. It is the customer’s responsibility to fit their lenses correctly or seek professional help if needed.

5.3 Lensology guarantees that all lenses are manufactured to the prescription details you provide at the time of order. If an error occurs on our part, we will replace or correct the lenses at no additional cost once they are returned for inspection.

5.4 Lensology is not responsible for any damage to your own frames, inserts, or accessories that occurs during self-fitting, cleaning, or use.

5.5 Lensology is not responsible for any loss, damage, or breakage that occurs after delivery, including during fitting or installation of the lenses into your own frames. If damage occurs due to incorrect handling or installation, it will not be covered under our replacement policy. However, if the lenses arrive faulty or incorrect due to our manufacturing error, we will replace or correct them at no additional cost.

5.6 Lensology does not provide warranties or support for the electronic components of smart or AR frames. Any electronic issues should be directed to the original manufacturer.

6. General

6.1 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force and effect.

6.2 We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion where doing so is in the best interests of the company.

6.3 This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if there is a problem.

7.2 Returned products must be in their original condition.

7.3 Return Shipping & Procedure

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their lenses to Lensology.

If, after inspection, the lenses are confirmed to be faulty or incorrect due to our manufacturing error, we will refund both the product cost and the return shipping cost.

If you are returning lenses under the ULTIMA Guarantee, the return shipping cost is your responsibility and will not be refunded.

All returns must be pre-authorised by contacting us first at USA@lensology.com to start the return process.

If you return lenses to us without prior approval, and Lensology incurs any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, you (the customer) will be responsible for reimbursing those costs.

7.4 Returned items are inspected upon receipt before any refund or replacement is issued. Refunds will not be granted for damage due to normal wear and tear, except where covered by our ULTIMA Guarantee.

7.5 Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method. Exchange rates and bank/card fees may vary.

8. Prescription Inserts & Click & Fit for Meta Frames

8.1 Prescription Inserts for AR/Meta Glasses are custom-made and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or does not match the prescription you provided.

8.2 If a fault or prescription error is found, we will provide a replacement or correction at no cost once the original item is returned and inspected.

8.3 Please ensure your AR/Meta frames are functioning properly before ordering inserts. Lensology is not responsible for issues related to the fit, comfort, or performance of third-party frames.

8.4 Click & Fit for Meta Frames

A precision service to produce prescription inserts tailored to your Meta smart glasses.

Each pair is custom-made to your prescription; returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty or does not match the supplied prescription.

You are responsible for ensuring your prescription and PD (pupillary distance) are accurate at the time of order.

If we make an error, we will correct or replace the order at no additional cost.

9. Promotions & Offers

9.1 Promotions apply only during the advertised period and cannot be backdated.

9.2 Discount codes are single-use and apply to one sale unless stated otherwise.

9.3 Discounts cannot be combined with other money-off vouchers unless specified, but may be used with selected lens upgrades.

9.4 Discounts apply to Lensology in-house lenses only unless otherwise advertised.

10. Competitions

10.1 Competitions are open to U.S. residents only.

10.2 Winners are announced via official Lensology channels. We will never ask for bank details via social media.

10.3 Prizes must be claimed within three business days of announcement; unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

10.4 By submitting content for competitions or promotions, you grant Lensology permission to use that content in future marketing.
